Step into the fascinating world of plant propagation with Senior Horticulturist Dan Bouchard. This hands-on workshop offers an engaging introduction to the principles of propagation for home gardeners. Learn essential techniques—including seed collecting and sowing, division, layering, and various types of cuttings—through a seasonal lens, with a focus on what’s most effective at this time of year. The practical skills you gain will be valuable year-round, and you’ll have the opportunity to take home any cuttings or propagated materials you produce in a “mini homemade greenhouse”, along with expert tips for successful aftercare.
Please dress appropriately for the weather. Sturdy, comfortable shoes are recommended.
