We are excited to have Og back at IndieFerm teaching her popular kimchi class. At our last Plymouth Pickle & Fermentation Festival, Og taught a sold-out class about the wider world of kimchi and demonstrated her classic napa recipe. For this class, you will make your own kimchi to take home with you in a 26 oz jar. Tickets are $40 and available HERE or on the Event Website.
