While many of the cheeses we know and love today come from recipes originating in the Old World, our innovative spirit has taken cheesemaking to new heights, and it’s time for you see just how good we have it. Join cheese nerd Adam Centamore for an evening tasting spectacular cheeses made right here in New England, paired with IndieFerm’s equally awesome beers.
