Pressed Floral Art at Uva Wine Bar (Plymouth)

“Dry January” doesn’t mean you have to hole up in your house and avoid social events! MIY Studio and Uva have teamed up to bring you “Mocktails with MIY,” a series of 4 fun, creative workshops featuring yummy beverages that are surprisingly alcohol-free! Each event ticket covers your 1st Mocktail. (Not participating in Dry January? You can absolutely apply it to wine or beer!)

January Classes at Uva

• Jan. 8 – Cozy Winter Wreath. This wreath is an absolute beauty and at 21″ in size, it’s perfect for your front door this winter. Choose from a wide variety of faux floral accents and winter embellishments.
• Jan. 15 – Frosted Mason Jar Luminaries. This set makes the perfect winter centerpiece! Choose from a variety of faux floral embellishments to achieve a look you love.
• Jan. 22 – Eucalyptus and Floral Wall Hanging. Made of real preserved eucalyptus and fresh flowers, not only is this piece visually stunning, it smells amazing, too! You’ll choose from a variety of flower types and colors to create a look you love. In the days and weeks after this event, you’ll enjoy watching your blooms transform as they hang dry naturally within this piece.
• Jan. 29 – Pressed Floral Art. Made of real pressed flowers, this botanical art is absolutely stunning. You’ll create your own unique 8X10 work of art on black or white cold pressed, acid-free paper. No two are ever alike and the limit is your imagination.
