Wildlands Trust invites you to our Solstice Celebration on Saturday, June 21, from 12 – 4 PM, hosted outside at our headquarters of Davis-Douglas Farm in Plymouth. This event is free and open to the public – membership is not required. Drop by or stay the day, we will be there, rain or shine! This event has a little something for everyone!
We will have a rotating schedule throughout the day. We have entertainment, including a poetry reading by Plymouth-based poet Tzynya Pinchback, a performance by Drumming with Pride, and afternoon music at our outdoor stage. For all creatives at heart, we have a craft zone for chalk art, cyanotype printing, nature stamping, and building fairy and gnome homes. Want to get out on the trail? Explore Emery Preserve on an afternoon hike with Wildlands Trust’s volunteer hike leaders, or start the day early by hiking to the fun with a 6-mile hike on 8 Ponds Pass trail. Enjoy food from The Filling Station and beverages from Second Wind Brewing Company while basking in the sun in our Adirondack chairs. Be sure to enter for a chance to win in a riveting raffle showcasing local businesses and our membership program partners!
We want you to join Wildlands Trust as we celebrate our growing community and our mission to save land for everyone, forever.
