Want to get into ceramics but not sure where to start? This class will cover all the basics, and help you get to know what style of ceramics you enjoy! Each student will get an introductory experience in using the pottery wheel as well as creating with hand-building techniques. Students can expect to make cylinders, bowls, and small cups. Wheel-throwing, handbuilding, surface decoration, and glazing demos will be shown and discussed. Come enjoy the relaxed, beginner friendly atmosphere as you begin your ceramics journey.
