Step back in time for an evening where history, hospitality, and fine dining come together at The Groton Inn. Set on the grounds of an inn founded in 1678, this intimate dinner experience is curated by Executive Chef Sam Page and Chef de Cuisine Chantelle Gonsalves. Inspired by preserved menus and historic culinary traditions, each course of the tasting menu is thoughtfully designed as part of a single, cohesive dining experience—reimagining the flavors once enjoyed by travelers, townspeople, and dignitaries who gathered here centuries ago.
This special evening offers a rare opportunity to experience the Inn’s rich culinary past through a contemporary lens. It is a celebration of continuity, craftsmanship, and hospitality, inviting guests to slow down, savor, and enjoy an experience shaped by more than three hundred years of dining tradition.
