Mary Fahl to Open New Song Music Series’ Third Season

New Song opens its third season with the extraordinary voice of Mary Fahl—former lead singer and co-founder of October Project—on Saturday, September 26, at 7:30 p.m.

Praised by The Boston Globe for “a voice for the gods that can transport listeners to other realms,” Fahl is known for her rich, powerful contralto. Her acclaimed career spans October Project, film and classical music, an album-length reimagining of Pink Floyd’s Dark Side of the Moon, and distinctive interpretations of classic songs.

Because of planned construction in Bedford Town Hall, this concert will be held at the John Glenn Middle School auditorium, 99 McMahon Road, Bedford. The auditorium is a comfortable, air-conditioned venue with theater-style seating.
