Thursday, April 2nd, 6:30pm-8:30pm | Sargent Gallery (ground floor)
$10 for NAA members / $20 non-members
The Power of Art to Heal is a 30–40 minute talk followed by a guided conversation exploring how art supports emotional, mental, and physical healing. Together we will look at the growing field of Arts in Health, how creativity impacts the nervous system, and how artistic practices can help people navigate stress, illness, or life transitions. I will also share stories and reflections from my own work and experience and talk about my new book: Broken to Brilliant – The Art of Being Whole.
