Stories and Strength- An Irish Celtic Experience (Scituate)

Please join us at the Scituate Maritime and Irish Mossing Museum for a very special event as we welcome poet and storyteller Sean Ó Coistealbha and Celtic stone lifter David Keohan, aka “Indiana Stones,” as part of their U.S. Summer Tour!

Sean will share captivating stories, poems and an Irish Moss remedy while David demonstrates the ancient Irish tradition of stone lifting

Come experience a fascinating piece of Irish tradition, hear some wonderful stories, and maybe even test your strength!

Attendees of all ages are welcome to try their hand at lifting a Cloch Ban, an official 254-pound lifting stone from Ireland!
