Interior of a Train Virtual Tour

Climb aboard and take a virtual tour of the interior of a Commuter Rail train. This resource lets you preview the onboard experience, helping you feel more prepared for what to expect before your trip. While you can expect more activity on the train when it’s time to board, this virtual resource lets you tour the train’s interior and familiarize yourself with the layout and seating options.

To get started, press the play button on the images below. Click anywhere on the screen to move throughout the cabin. Then, use your mouse or touchscreen to pan around and zoom in for a closer look, allowing you to enjoy a full 360° view of the train at your own pace.

Before you board, there are a few key details to note. Each Commuter Rail Train has an accessible bathroom on board, seating is open and not assigned, and both priority and accessible seating are available. Folding bikes, mobility aids, and most micromobility devices are always allowed on board; however, standard bikes and larger micromobility devices have specific hours of operation on some of the lines.

Once you are on the train, the conductors are available to help and answer questions, from where your stop is to which end of the train car to exit.
