Join us for one hour every Thursday morning and get your day off to a fabulous start! A certified yoga instructor will lead you through various poses to help you relax and prepare for the day ahead!
Please meet at the rear entrance of the Library to be directed to the Otto Fehlow Room. $10 suggested donation. Please bring your own yoga mat.
