If you’re heading inbound from Hyde Park or Mattapan towards Boston, the Commuter Rail offers a hassle-free way of commuting or exploring. From the Blue Hill Avenue stop, you will be on the South Station platform in less than 25 minutes without the traffic and parking costs. The Commuter Rail is also an easy way to get to community recreation spaces within walking distance of the Morton Street, Talbot Avenue, and Uphams Corners stops.
